In other Fire Emblem games, the same tactic can be done with Dancers or GBA Era Bards.įor Radiant Dawn only, in Incandescent Glow, the player can stock up as many healing staves as possible (usually Heal as it has most durability and is the cheapest staff), then let your units stand on the darkened tiles (where the unit standing on it will lose 10 HP each turn) and let Mist, Rhys and Archsage Soren continuously heal them. This only works to level up the Herons in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn. Heron Abuse is when the player passes turns repeatedly, making the Heron chant every turn until the Heron's level is at maximum.
There is also priest abuse in which, like in boss abuse, a character repeatedly attacks, while the priest is healed every turn by his staff. This tactic requires the enemy to have a ranged weapon such as a Hand Axe or Javelin. In Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, the unit can be positioned on top of a ledge, giving a 50% bonus to avoid and making it much easier to dodge an attack. This is best done if the enemy has a 0% or incredibly low chance of hitting the unit. The unit un-equips or trades away their weapons so that it cannot counterattack, and as long as the enemy misses, the enemy's weapon will never break unless it is a magic tome or ballista.

However, this does not apply to all games, as some games in the series do not grant EXP for only dodging. There are exceptions to this rule in Gaiden and Fates, as weapons have infinite durability, in addition to certain infinite use weapons in the Tellius Series, such as Ragnell or Amiti.ĭodge Abuse is when a unit repeatedly dodges an enemy's attack, generally gaining 1 EXP per dodge. In the majority of games, Boss Abuse can result in an almost infinite source of experience, as the player will eventually run out of weapons. FE16: Normal Mode auxiliary battles, Broken Weapon + Adjutant Exploit.FE12 (Remake): Arena, Training Grounds, Dancer Abuse.FE10: Heron Abuse, Mist and Rhys (and Soren if he has already promoted into Archsage) Abuse in Incandescent Glow.FE8: Arena, Tower of Valni, Lagdou Ruins, Skirmishes, Dancer Abuse.FE5: Arena, Infinite Reinforcements, Dancer Abuse.Pretty cool that the characters that got me into the series are still kicking. All Fire Emblem games have some source of infinite experience players can tap into for a cost, usually some form of risk or gold, and all of them will consume very much time to be done. Special fighter because she’s fast and guard/special booster is greatĪrmor March, for her and Hector as without the extra move armors are useless in many modesĭef Tactic because she needs it the leastĪnyway, that’s them. Also she so prettyīladetomes are always in style, and she gets +18 Atk from her homies (Panic not a problem thanks to Harsh Command+ and Restore)įury 4 because again, she needs the stats LD4 was an option but I decided to keep her bulk intact She can also reach 62 attack with Spooky Censor and LD4, but it’s more niche. LA!Lyn has 168 BST as a mage and is tanky, fast, and hits hard due to the 3 tactics buffs she receives for Blarblade. Speed Tactic to buff the Wood and Lyn (Ostia’s Pulse is sometimes used but for Blade Tome I use ST)įort Res 3 to bring down his attack to 62, which syncs up with like 6 other units I have for bonus doubler purposes Thunder Armads has held up well, even if power creep marches onwardĪether because healing/damage and he’s involved in multiple fights/gameīold Fighter because broken skill and he slow but he powerful
L!Hector is team tank and is again invaluable to both deal and tank damage. Might switch to Atk/Spd but works well as isĭual tactics as I don’t use Dragons or Beasts Lull Spd/Def for the same reason, and to ensure doubles while mitigating enemy buffs. Moonbow because he’s generally only in round of combatįury 4 because he needs stats as a Cavalry unit. L!Eliwood replaces OG Eliwood as my S support, but not in purpose as arguably the best support unit in the game, he’s invaluable for almost every game mode.Īrdent Durandal slaps, manipulating everyone to have the same attack for bonus doubler opening is awesome
#FE7 ARENA TACTICS SLOW SAD REMIX FULL#
So, through religious orb saving, I’ve completed my long term of goal of maxing out the FE7 lords with OG Wada art, in full weapon triangle coverage no less (such an aesthetic team oh man).
As FE7 got me into the series and the strategy/fantasy genre in general, my teams have always been FE7 characters. Alright, haven’t posted in a while but I’ve never stopped playing.
